Website and test prototype only

AQORIO Dental currently offers a website and a synthetic demonstration, not a live practice management system, clinical service or production integration. These terms describe permitted prototype use. They are prepared for review, not legally approved commercial subscription terms. Official company particulars await source confirmation before public launch.

Accounts remain subject to access and review controls. Simulated setup, selecting a plan, test payment or reviewer approval does not enable clinical use or real patient data. Country choices tailor guidance and currency only; they do not certify local compliance or hosting residency.

Acceptable use

Use fictional sample information. Do not upload or type patient/clinical data, health information, confidential practice records or payment credentials outside the authorised sign-in or Stripe test fields. Use Stripe test details only, never a real card. Do not misuse another person's identity, bypass permissions, interfere with the site, abuse provider calls or treat a demo role as permission to access real records.

Keep sign-in credentials secure. You must have authority for the practice details you provide. Shared demo pages and audit trails are not private staff workspaces. New shared free-text writes and UAE interest collection are paused while access, privacy and retention arrangements are reviewed. Existing account sign-in is preserved.

AI, notes and human judgement

Mock outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. External AI/audio submissions and spoken answers are paused for privacy review. If enabled after review, generated answers, drafts and transcripts must be checked by a responsible human before any action. They are not professional clinical, financial, legal or regulatory advice. Synthetic appointments do not establish real NHS margins or actual appointment performance.

Heidi, supplier, calendar and other connection examples do not claim a partnership, live authorisation or integration approval. No real patient message, supplier order or clinical writeback is authorised by the prototype.

Payments and future offers

Stripe checkout is restricted to approved test monthly prices. No live billing is enabled. Test subscription and cancellation states are engineering demonstrations, not evidence that money was taken or that a commercial service has begun. Displayed prices or annual equivalents are not new commercial terms created by this page.

UAE pricing, trial activation, production provisioning, post-trial charges, refunds and commercial cancellation commitments are not agreed or activated here. A waitlist does not reserve a service or create a trial/subscription. Any future purchase requires confirmed pricing, separate applicable commercial terms and the required release approvals.

Content, availability and rights

AQORIO branding and site materials belong to their respective owners. You may view and evaluate the prototype; this does not grant ownership of trademarks or provider content. Use of third-party services is also subject to their applicable notices and terms; no supplier agreement is asserted by these prototype terms.

The prototype can change or be paused while testing. It is not a production availability, support-time or recovery guarantee. Do not depend on it for patient care or keep your only copy of important information here. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove statutory rights. No invented liability cap or refund commitment is imposed.

Review and changes

Website publication and clinical launch are separate decisions. This implementation is not public-deployment approval. We will review notices, provider arrangements, access controls and material changes before launch. Contact hello@aqorio.com with questions about these terms or prototype access.
